System Navigator-C consists of two parts - the central (dispatch center) and automobile. Car part represents an electronic control unit (mobile terminal).

Mobile terminal is installed on the vehicle and operates in automatic mode. The mobile terminal transmits to the control center complete information about his condition: the coordinates and speed, the control sensors installed on the systems and vehicle components, video images of the cockpit, as well as analytical (statistical) information on the movement of an object.

Mobile terminal is processing this information, providing control of the vehicle regardless of connection to the server of the central point of observation (Dispatch Center).

Mobile terminal can:
